Bill Coultrup is a former Army Special Forces Colonel and has spent more than 30 years in the US military, 24 of which were in Special Operations with a total of 10 years in combat environments. He has had extensive experience in complex joint and inter-agency environments to include three years commanding a Joint Special Operations Task Force in the Philippines, working with Dept of State, Host Nation political, military and law enforcement leadership.
He also commanded at multiple levels within a Special Mission Unit in the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).
Bill has been with CAT since 2013 and currently leads the Special Programs and Current Operations divisions. He is responsible for discovering and integrating cutting edge intelligence collection technology that will support CAT’s vision of being a world-class integrator and provider of airborne ISR solutions to our customers.
Bill is also responsible for outreach and interaction with US Special Operations Command and its subordinate elements and with other organizations within the Intelligence Community. Due to his years as the Director for USSOCOM Legislative Affairs, Bill is also responsible for the outreach and interaction with Members of Congress and their staffs.Senior Vice President, Special Missions Systems
